There are many modules and functionalities in the project. In oder for seamless user experience, every step has to be thought of carefully, to lead users to the right directions.
Users are able to login with their existing account or register a new account. Every account is a parent account, users can make multiple profiles under the parent account.
An indemnity form is mandatory to filled up when registering an account as it affects the ability of the users to be able to purchase a package later in the application, hence the red disclaimer text on the 3rd step of creating an account. However, users are able to skip that step but will be reminded to fill up the form again when they are about to purchase packages.
Search & filter functions for packages, products & videos. Users are able to directly purchase from this application.
Users are able to book & cancel lessons after purchasing their packages. Users will be put on the waitlist if the lessons are fully booked. Users will be notified if the fully booked classes have available slots.
Instead of manually printing out attendance sheets and marking it, this application makes attendance taking much more convenient in a digital way where coaches are able to mark & track student’s attendance for each lesson on the application with just one button click!
Coaches are able to grade & comment on students’ performance over the lessons Those grades & comments will reflect on the student's profiles for them to also view and reflect on their lessons.
This was one of the bigger mobile application projects that I worked on. The amount of functionalities and modules they have on this mobile application pushes me to think a few steps ahead. This project helps me grow to be more meticulous in my designs, not missing out any tiny details.
