Arova

Arova is a company that does lamination. Their laminates collection represents the latest in contemporary design. This is an application for users to order samples seamlessly and staff from Arova to process it quickly, making it convenient for both sides.

Brief

• Create a mobile application design for users with an account to order laminate samples online
• Order a maximum of 10 samples per order
• Track ongoing & past orders
• Book & cancel an appointment in the application
• Seamless checkout flows
• Create admin panel wireframes from Arova's staff & admin to view customers orders & process them

Styleguide

Referencing to Arova's branding, the mobile application look and feel uses Arova's branding colours and fonts. I proposed to use clean images to suit the overall aesthetic of the design.

Sitemap

In order for seamless user experience throughout the application, I created this sitemap with a well categorised navigation tabs for users to explore each modules at ease.

Userflow

I had to be meticulous in coming up with this detailed userflows for this project as it has many fields, properties and variables for each modules.

Login & Register

Users are able to login with their existing account or register a new account.

Easy product viewing & filtering

The product listing page consists of a few categories tabs on the top for easy access & an advanced filtering system for users to search for specific products. The product detail page showcases product images, details & disclaimers. Allows users to add products to their cart.

Flexible appointment bookings & cancelation

Users are able to book and cancel appointments anywhere anytime.

Straightforward & convenient checkout flows

Straightforward checkout process for users to quickly order their samples, ongoing orders & past orders are easily trackable on their account profiles.

Admin panel wireframes

Simple and straightforward admin panel for staff and admins to access. From here they are able to do the necessary creating, editing and deleting of details. They are able to see the overall data on how many samples are ordered over a period of time under Analytics & Statistics tab.
